Each day, I have all the vitality I need
One thing I do to keep myself feeling
vigorous is to get plenty of physical activity.
I park a long way from where I am
Also, I am sure to eat regular, healthy meals.
I get plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables,
and round out my diet with lean protein
and complex carbohydrates such as whole
grains. When I eat like this, my energy level
stays stable instead of rising and falling
rapidly like it does if I eat too much sugar.
