As annoying as they are, I understand that challenges are part of the universe’s test of my spirit. I rise up to meet these tests and pass with flying colors every time.

I know that I can reach my goals in spite of the obstacles before me.  

I have the knowledge, talent, and skills to eliminate these interferences. I also understand how to use my intuition and trust my gut to help me. I have the power to conquer obstacles and make them a distant memory.

I use various tools and strategies to overcome my difficulties.

I break up the challenges into smaller pieces and tackle them one by one. I reach out for help from my support network.

My friends and family are ready to assist me in this fight. They know how to balance their support with advice.

I look for patterns in my challenges, so I can anticipate them.

My focus is clear. I put aside distractions and negative thoughts that hurt my progress. I avoid those who try to bring me down and discourage me in my fight. I stay positive amid their chatter and ideas. I try new ideas, and my difficulties disappear.

Today, I focus on the obstacles I see. I am confident that I have the power and resources to overcome each of them and achieve my goals.
