Feeling joy is important in my life. I combine happiness and fun, and joy is the result.

Joy can be found in simplest of things. Nature, art, and even a cup of coffee with a friend can be sources of joy. I know my life is on the right track when I regularly experience joy.

Love is another important part of my life.

I give and receive love easily. I take every opportunity to experience more love in my life. Loving others makes me brave. Being loved makes me confident.

I also love myself. Beauty comes from the inside out. When I love myself, I am doing the world a favor.

I believe in abundance. There is always enough. If I fail to have what I need, I only need to open my heart and my eyes to find it.  I have everything I need. When I need something new, I trust that it is coming into my life.

Joy, love, and abundance are a powerful combination.

Every positive emotion can be found where these three states intersect. I am focused on experiencing these states at a higher level each and every day.

Today, I continually find reasons to feel more joy, love, and abundance. I feel gratitude for the blessings that bring these emotional states into my life.
