I love getting caught up in nature. Natural settings allow me to forget about the seriousness of life. They calm my mind and spirit.

Camping is one of my favorite pastimes. Getting the opportunity to unwind and think about nothingness is valuable to me. It reminds me that there are more important things than striving for occupational success.

Being in the natural outdoors introduces me to how other creatures live. The carefree nature with which animals approach life is inspiring.

I take the example of wild animals to teach me how to take it easy. Whenever I feel wound up and anxious, I think back to my time outdoors. Nature’s animals remind me that living an authentic existence is the only thing that matters.

When I go fishing, I close my eyes while I wait for a catch. The sound of bugs buzzing at my ears makes me appreciate the simple things in life.

My basic functions like hearing and sight are often taken for granted as I strive for material wealth. Being outdoors reminds me that having those things give me blessings beyond what many others have.

I am at ease with my personal situation as a result of seeing how simple life is in natural environments. I know that I have enough.

Today, I feel peaceful because of the influence of nature. I am committed to remembering how valuable the simple things of life are.
